General terms and conditions
Training firm year 2021/2022
1. terms of delivery

• All prices are with VAT.
• Payment: 30 days target from date of invoice.
• For payment within 8 days 2 % discount.
• If payment is not made on time, we charge 7% interest on arrears.
• Packing and transport costs are included in the price.

2. reservation of proprietary rights

• The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

3. notices of defects

• Obvious defects must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods.
• Other complaints will be accepted within 7 days after receipt of the goods taken.

4. place of jurisdiction

• Place of jurisdiction is Bozen. In all cases the unrestricted Italian law applies.
